An agreement exists between the Mozilla Foundation and The Charlton Company with respect to the rights and use of the Firefox Trade Mark under which agreement Firefox is the Registered Trade Mark name of the web browser produced by the Mozilla Foundation and Firefox is a Registered Trade Mark corporate name used by The Charlton Company.
