If someone has changed the SIM card in your phone it will have a different phone number but will still have the same electronic ID number (called an IMEI).  The SaveCell Vault knows about your IMEI as well as your Phone Number.  The next time that your phone is switched on, the SaveCell application in the phone checks the SIM card serial number against the record it has. If it has changed, a SIM change report is immediately sent to the SaveCell Vault.  If a Wipe request is outstanding, a Wipe request is sent to the NEW phone number, and the Wipe request is actioned.

Given that the phone number of your phone has been changed by the SIM swap and given that the SaveCell vault knows this, you will be sent a Wipe verification message and told that the phone number has changed and what the new number is.
