What happens if my phone is switched off when a Wipe My Contacts request is issued?

If your phone is switched off when a 'Wipe My Contacts' request is attempted, the SaveCell vault employs another stratagem.  It records the Wipe request and waits for the phone to be switched on and the SaveCell application in the phone to contact the SaveCell Vault.  When this happens, the SaveCell Vault checks to see if there is an outstanding Wipe request for the phone.  If there is, the SaveCell Vault will immediately re-issue the Wipe command.

In this situation, the SaveCell Vault will only get to know that the phone is switched back on when it next interacts with the SaveCell Vault.  For example, if a rental period elapses or the SaveCell Vault is asked about a 'Get Contacts' action.  When this happens, a delayed Wipe Action will ensue.
