If something goes wrong and I’m overcharged what can I do about it?

We have chosen well established telecoms partners to carry the text messaging including the Premium Rate text messages used to collect the 30 day subscription (and yes, we could have bought cheaper) so we do not foresee any problems. In the highly unlikely event that anything does go wrong with the billing we can remotely credit the SaveCell balance in your phone to put things right. We will make every effort to sort out any problems, and you always have the right to appeal to the industry regulator at ICSTIS.
