What is your customer care policy if something goes wrong or I have a query?

Our HelpDesk landline number is staffed during office hours and there is a Contact Us link on the website. We aim to respond within 4 hours working time of receiving your query. 

In addition, as a SaveCell Subscriber you have access to the SaveCell Help system on our web site.  You can get to it by logging in using your Phone Number and Username on the SaveCell web site home page (bottom left).  Once you are logged in, you can send us a trouble ticket and our Customer Service personnel will help you.  There is a full email trail of your correspondence with the SaveCell Help Desk to make sure that your query is properly and promptly dealt with.
