If you get a new SIM card, just putting it into the phone will work as though you have changed your service provider. If you keep the same SIM, and your service provider re-assigns your number, the SaveCell application will not react until you next interact with the SaveCell Vault, by sending a contact update, or sending your monthly subscription, or asking to retrieve your contact data. At that point, the SaveCell Vault will notice a request from a strange new number, and send out a query message to your phone. The SaveCell Vault will your account record with data returned by the SaveCell phone application. The SaveCell Vault will then update the phone Statistics display, and inform you by SMS message that it has done so.
